Associate Professor and master Tutor at USTC. I received my PhD degree at USTC in 2006, and acted as a visiting scholar at the University of Minnesota from 2015 to 2017.
Directions:
1. Detection of the concentrations and associated effects of structural water in nominally anhydrous minerals;
2. Various kinds of volatile recycling in the deep earth;
3. fluid activities and associated geochemical effects during subduction-zone HP-UHP metamorphism;
4. characterization and microbeam analysis of elemental and isotopic geochemistry of minerals on the scale of microns.
Teaching courses:
Graduate: <Geochemical thermodynamics and kinetics>; <Field research on chemical geodynamics in the orogen>.
Undergraduate: <Geological tourism on Chinese famous mountains>.
